GPO Applied, but Agent isn't deploying

Hello,

I am deploying KACE to my company OU for the first time. I've created a GPO using the provisioning tool and linked it. Agent version is 9.1.204-x86. The environment is Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7, but we are migrating to 2016 and Win10, and were hoping that implementing KACE would help with the effort as the previous admins did not document much if anything. The issue I'm having is that the policy is applied and enforced, but it doesn't appear to actually be installing. I've run gpresult on several clients and they have the policy applied. I've also checked Event Viewer, but have not found any errors related to the agent deployment. KACE support basically told me that they don't know what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This could mean you are out of licenses if it is only happening on certain devices. When you login to KACE, the home dashboard would show a warning pertaining to licenses if that is the case. I also believe you can run the Kace Agent Toolkit (KAT) which can be found within the K1000 by going to settings > Support > Then under troubleshooting tools you can download and run ("Kapture") the KAT. This should provide you with any issues the agent may be having. You may need to run the agent installer manually if if it is not installed in order to receive logs.
