    • Hi Greg. We just performed that migration a couple months ago. It was pretty painless, except our appliance was so old it didn't have the ORG field filled, making Uploaded Files on Devices to be inaccessible. Support helped resolve that quickly. - JonHall 6 years ago
  • Hi Greg - Thanks for reaching out, sir! This group is specifically for folks who use the KACE SMA Service Desk. It is a "Virtual User Group" in the sense that we aren't meeting at a physical location. Note that we also have the KACE Education Virtual User Group for K-12 and Higher Ed users of KACE SMA, SDA , and MDM as well. You are welcome to join either/or. I do not expect that we will specifically address migrations from physical to virtual appliances in those group meetings, but I think if you posed a question to the greater ITNinja group, you would get some tips and tricks from other Ninjas who have made the change in the past. - KenG 6 years ago
