The main issue seems to be that there is no space left.

2013-07-18 11:12:02-0800 [error] GetDriveFreeSpace error: The device is not ready.

2013-07-18 11:12:02-0800 [info] Drive:D:\,Wim File(MB):7008, Needed(MB):19093, Available(MB):0

Check the following:

1. is there a raid controller? If yes, the KBE needs to have the correct driver.

2. is the RSA synched or are there files mising

3. check if there a fully disk encryption or similar is installed on the test client

Comments:
  • 1.its not a raid controller
    2.rsa is synced
    3.no FDE

    ps:thx at first :) - blackbyte 11 years ago
  • which device you want to image? How configured? Check with a Win7/Win8 hdd if you are able to boot from and start install (esp if a hard disk recognized) - Nico_K 11 years ago
  • It looks like your target drive is going on and off line by the errors. have you tried to deploy to a different system to see if it is the target or the RSA? - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
  • if not solved, open a ticket under emeasupport@kace.com as I assume you are from Europe (Germany). If correct, simply write it in German and ask for me. We can check it then in a webex. - Nico_K 11 years ago
  • it is definitely the RSA!
if I deploy an image directly from the kace, everything works without problems! (k-image and wim) - blackbyte 11 years ago
  • thx nico for the email...i will try it :)

and yes im from germay :) - blackbyte 11 years ago
