Customising Microsoft Visio 2000 Professional
Has anyone created a package for Visio 2000 Pro?
I am stuck with this package for last two days. The microsoft websites talks about the office resource kit which can transform the Vis2000.msi under Install\Unattended folder.
Unfortunately, my Visio media, does not have an Unattended folder itself.
Can somebody help... I need to somehow pass the serial key to the setup, so that I can create an unattended installation at least.
Thanks
Sooraj

I can't help you with the non-presence of the 'Unattended' folder. Perhaps you have the retail rather than Enterprise media?
For serial number entry in most of the Office family, you would create an Administrative Installation Point (an AIP) by running SETUP.EXE with the '/A' switch. You will then get prompted to enter the serial number. Once you have an AIP, you can create a transform using the MSI which gets deposited in the AIP's root.
EDIT:
BTW, it's a really bad idea to post your email address in a publicly-available forum. Unless you sell anti-spam software, of course.
