Dell Latitude E7440

We have recently purchased a Dell Latitude E7440, but we are unable to deploy any system on to it. We have checked the model in Driver Feed, download and rebuildt the cache. It looks to be a NIC driver issue to me.

I've tried uploading the NIC driver with the harvesting utility, but without any effect.

Any idea of what can be the matter?

Rgrds,

Simon

  • I had the same issue. You need to update your KBE for the nic driver. - mmeyer@vu.com 10 years ago

You need to add the nic driver to the KBE also.  You do this by creating a new KBE after you add the drivers to the k2000.

  • Thank you. However, accordning to my kacebox the KBEx64 file was modified as I uploaded the NIC drivers with the Driver Harvester. I can't remember ever rebuilding the KBE before. Do I follow this guide? http://www.kace.com/support/resources/kb/article/how-to-create-a-kbe-pre-boot-environment - szo850 10 years ago
