Explorer not loading Drives not mapping.
I appologize if this has already been covered but I did not see it listed.
We are currently rolling out new PC's and I have been tasked with revamping Group Policy to map drives, map printers based on computers instead of users and setting up application deployment. I have already made the logon scripts to map drives and printers and am about to setup application deployment.
The problem is that the new PC's that have been issued are now using the logon.vbs script (old way was with login.bat) that I wrote which does not always map all drives. Additionally, Windows Explorer sometimes will not load requiring me to open task manager and manually starting it.
This appears to be some sort of timing issue but I can't find anything that will help and I can't attempt to implement application deployment until this is resolved.
Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Any ideas?
Thanks!
