I am in the process of packaging an pplication called unit converter...is there any notes or idea as to what to do

You might want to modify your question to remove the spelling mistakes, shorten the title and remove the large font size in the body of question.
Before anyone can give you some valid advice, you also need to add to your question some futher information:
Who makes the software?
What version is it?
What format is the installer in?
What have you already tried?
Why are you having problems?
Does the vendor offer any advice?
What have you found on the Internet already?
Once you have this information on your post someone may be able to assist you.

Welcome to packaging.
Install it, have a play. Find out if it is an MSI installation. If it is an MSI and you had to make any changes during the install, you can use Tuner (in AdminStudio) to create an MST (an answer file for an MST).
If it is NOT an MSI, you can try deploying the EXE silently (if supported) or, to create an MSI, you will have to run the 'legacy converter' or repackager.
