K1000 Go app
I got the K1000 Go App working but when I try to create a ticket it give me a permission failure, could not submit changes. I have tried this on my iphone and ipad.. any suggestions.

Make sure that you have submitter and/or owner permissions to the queue that you are trying to create in.

The permissions are set on the queue, admin permissions to everything. That is what's puzzling. - klthomas01 11 years ago

Do you currently require custom fields to be input when entering a service desk ticket? We don't support this functionality yet (this is being improved in our upcoming releases) but you can work around it by turning off the custom fields requirement.

Do not support custom fields??? Isn't one of the key features of the service desk is custom fields? I was also surprised that an app was released vs just using a responsive framework - Jbr32 11 years ago
