First of all, this community is great, the knowledge in here is amazing.

Here is what I got and I hope you guys can help.

We got Kace about a year ago when our exchange 2007 server was in house. The company decided to host the exchange with hostway, right now they are running 2010. Everything is set up to send and get emails from our internal exchange, but I was given the task to make it work with the new hosting solution.

I followed the solution given for smtp set up on the queues but email doesn’t come in at all. Do I really need to enable pop 3 for this to work? Any suggestions or solutions will help
