Kace SMA 12 accented letters issue
Hello,
Kace SMA version 12 update was supposed to fix the following issue K1-31784 (Accented letters in the subject of an email sent to a Service Desk queue were replaced with question marks '?'.)
The problem is fixed but now the accents are replaced by this (éà èà éà èéà èà éüöäüöäü) in the subject of the ticket instead of (éàèàéàèéàèàéüöäüöäü)
Do you have a solution?

la mise à jour de Kace SMA en version 12 devait corriger l'issue suivante K1-31784 (Accented letters in the subject of an email sent to a Service Desk queue were replaced with question marks '?'.).
Le problème est bien corrigé mais maintenant les accents sont remplacé par ceci (éà èà éà èéà èà éüöäüöäü) dans le sujet du ticket au lieu de (éàèàéàèéàèàéüöäüöäü)

What is the email client used to send the email?
What is service desk queue protocol for the incoming email? IMAP, Pop3, Office365 OAuth, Gmail OAuth or SMTP?
Is the email plain text or HTML?
Are you using UTF-8 for the email encoding?
