OS X Imaging with Lion 10.7.x netboot not working

Hi guys,

Been able to successfully load a netboot environment from os x to the Kace 2000. The version of kace which we are running is 3.4.54256. When trying to boot to the network by holding down N when first turned on, the mac shows the flashing globe but then boots into os x as normal. I've tried adding the ip address of the kace box using the sudo bless command within terminal but the no joy when booting up.

I've ensured that the machine is on the same vlan as kace server.

I've also noticed that when I hold down the alt key it shows a recovery partition, will this be casing the issues?

If these are new machines could be your firmware.

See the links I put in my answer
