Run installer from seperate server
I am getting tired of repeatedly removing software, and re-uploading it with every version release. I figured there must be an easier way to do this. We already keep the most recent versions of an installer in a specific location on another server.
I figure that rather than uploading to the KACE server, I may be able to point to that folder. That way, when we push out the install command, the current version at a specific location can be sent and installed.
Would this be at all possible?
If not, would there be any other way to manage installers besides replacing the file on the script on a weekly basis?
Thank you.

You can use the alternate download location function to use a share on a server to distribute applications: http://documents.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/6.3/administrator-guide/deploying-packages-to-managed-devices/distributing-software-and-using-wake-on-lan/distributing-packages-from-alternate-download-locations-and-replication-shares/about-alternate-download-locations
