Updating a help desk ticket via email does not work for cc list from SharePoint
I am sending an email to a monitored address for the K1000 appliance with some email parameters for the help desk. The idea is to create a new ticket, filling out some preliminary information. The tickets are created, and the parameters are accepted EXCEPT the @cc_list. This does not work properly with an automated email coming from the webmaster. However, if I send the email through outlook, the @cc_list parameter does work. I have tried every earthly thing I can think of from changing the order of parameters to modifying quotes and spacing, et cetera.
Does anyone here know why it would not work under these conditions?

We are trying to do the same thing but none of our fields are working properly. How did you get the other fields to work? - lgardner@mccarthy.com 9 years ago

Yes, the other fields like Owner, Submitter, go through from both sources, but just the cc_list doesn't. - cfoote 12 years ago
