When Ticket is assigned to Owner (Technician) send an email to Owner (Technician)

When Ticket is assigned to Owner (Technician) send an email to Owner (Technician) notifying them.


I have looked around in multiple locations but am unable to get this working as i would like


i have checked inĀ  SD > Configuration > Email Events > Custom Emails

SD > Configuration > Email Events > Custom Ticket Rules
