Why are asset field type 'Notes:' so small?
We are currently running K1 software version 6.4.120822 and have had the K1 for a long time. It seems like all the older asset types created under earlier version of the KACE have much bigger 'Notes:' field available.
Newly created asset types only provide a tiny viewable space for text data and do not seem to honor carriage returns. So even though text data can be entered, it only displays the first few words. To view the data we have to copy out and paste into something like notepad. Kind of defeats the purpose of having notes.
Any way to remedy this?

Can I ask that you check you are actually using a "Notes" field within your asset type
and not just a "Text" field.
As the results in the Asset are very different
And you can increase the Notes field on the screen by dragging the bottom right corner
