Script editor is failing to recognize the Check In-Use File feature and therefore the variable set within the feature which causes compile to fail.

I'm not sure what I did but the issue doesn't exist on another system using it's Wise installation (same version and same exact wse).

I've compared both settings carefully but can't find the issue.

Need some help to change the settings so Wise Script Editor will recognize the Check In-Use feature.
