Need help deploying Office 2007 Standard via Altiris Notification Server
Hi All,
Has anybody had any joy deploying Office 2007 via the Altiris Notification Server? I've created my package, created the software package in Altiris DS, created the task & relevant collection name.
When I set my task to deploy to a resource Office downloads but fails to install, I get a message "task stopped" in the Altiris Client of the machine I'm trying to deploy to.
Anybody have any ideas?

Office 2007's set-up executable can write a log, the path and name of which is specified in the CONFIG.XML. That should tell what's failed. Once you know that, you can troubleshoot with more accuracy.
