Wrong icon for MS Access 2010

This is an oddity; when adding Access 2010 to a system that already has Office 2010 (without Access) installed, the program installs and works fine, but the icon for the Access shortcut is not what appears in OCT.  I've got the MSP setup to place a shortcut in 'Start, Programs' as well as 'Start, Programs, Microsoft Office'.  Neither one has the right icon.  The icons for the .accdb files are just fine.  Running a repair will change the icon to what it should be.

Anyone see this (and fix it) before?

This is what it looks like after the addition of Access:

This is what it looks like after I run a repair:

Imagine both without the 'swoop' arrow, but I think you get the idea.
