So, this application is fairly simply packaged. Some notes on what's necessary:

--Filter out any and all QuickTime stuff. This should get deployed as its own MSI package.
--Also exclude the following registry value:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\IntelliTools\OverlayMaker\CSL_ID_GROTTYOM\ID

This appears to be a computed value that shows the state of the installed application. It needs to be generated on first-run and checked on subsequent runs. So, if included in the repackaged MSI, it will indicate that it's not installed correctly and needs to be reinstalled.

Lastly, you can extract files from the wise setup by using the command:

setup.exe /X
