To include the Group Password in the package you are no longer able to put it in an INI, instead you have to look in the registry under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Nortel Networks\Nortel VPN Client\Users\System
The actual password appears to be stored below that, under \Profiles\<connection name> but in the above location it creates information regarding the settings for that entry. For example if you choose "Reponse Only Token" and then "Use Passcode Display" this setting will NOT be in place (and the option button invisible) after you push the package to a workstation. It will instead show the pincode two factor display. So you need to take the keys in both.
Note that this does NOT appear to supercede the information found in C:\Program Files\Nortel\Nortel VPN Client\Profiles.dat
