Note

Before creating my transform, I installed it and configured the user settings just the way the users wanted it. I then exported the following registry hives and subkeys and imported them into the MST I created:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nortel\IP Softphone 2050\Profiles\{Profile GUID}

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nortel\IP Softphone 2050\Settings

I then used an active setup to prepare the user profile with the following .REG. Hope this helps.
