App-V 5.0 SP2 supports %AppData% folder redirection, but unfortunately XMind creates a separate folder "Application Data" [sic!] in the Win7x64 %UserProfile% and doesn't use the %AppData% folder per se.
You have to do a Dynamic User Configuration and copy with an User Publishing-Script the "Application Data" folder out from the package into the local %UserProfile%.
I didn't found a solution with Dynamic Deployment Configuration (Global Publishing-Script).
