We have recently purchased and have deployed Kase and I'm currently learning how to deploy security patches via the Kase Admin portal. While I'm finding the portal to be very intuitive, it is difficult at times to negotiate the areas that I need to visit in order to download the patches for my monthly security update. After reading a few posts and applying some best practices (applying patches in a test environment) prior to deploying them to the majority of the users. I have found that there is a lot more to do this than to just pick the patch and then deploy it.
