Hi,

Below is the preferred method to install Microsoft Exchange Systems Manager 6.5 on clean machine. No office products installed.

1. Download Windows6.1-KB958830-x64-RefreshPkg.msu from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7887 . install and follow post install config as given on website.

2. Install Microsoft Outlook 2010

2. Download ESM for Vista "ESMVISTA.exe" from below location.

2. Extract ESMVISTA.msi from ESMVISTA.exe

3. Use only below command line

msiexec /i ESMVISTA.msi /qn
