Create Custom Inventory Rules That Inventory Internet Explorer for all versions.  This will allow you to create reports or smart labels for any version of Internet Explorer.

I found if I bring in 2 different parameters as custom rules, I can then find all versions of IE installed in our network.

Some versions of IE do not have a SVCversion and versions 9 and 10 use the same display version starting numbers so a combo of the 2 will let you target any certain version(s) in this ORG.

Here is a report of all my versions.

If you wanted to filter you just have to choose the correct numbers.  I used if value is not null so it will leave out the machines's that do not have IE installed on them, but give me all others.
