The 4 built-in ticket approval states are: Pending, Approved, Rejected, and More Info Needed. In the database they are blank, approved, rejected, info.
I hope this help someone else in their grief with reports or rules.
Wow that is really interesting. I guess what you see is not what you get. Kind of like the custom fields in the service desk start with 1 but in the db start with 0 -
