KACE SMA - Custom Inventory for Timeservers

If you ever tried to check if all your (Windows) clients are synchronizing to your preferred timeserver - here is how:

  1. Create a new Custom Inventory ( ShellCommandTextReturn(cmd /c w32tm /query /source) )
  2. Have fun :)

Of course you can now use the advanced search / create smart labels based on this inventory field:
