New name better defines the companyÂ’s expanding software and service offerings

Lanovation®, maker of best-of-breed software solutions for the enterprise network and remote management markets, today announced that it will change its name to New Boundary Technologies, Inc. effective January 1, 2003.

The name change is an offspring of the evolution of the company. Over the next two months, the name change will be communicated to both customers and business partners of the company. Although the public face of Lanovation will take on a new look through the New Boundary Technologies name and identity, Pearson maintains their core operating philosophies will not change. “Our ownership and management are not changing. We will continue to focus on providing top quality software solutions with unprecedented support so our customers can quickly benefit from emerging complex technologies,” said Pearson.
