MSI Error 1406

Hi friends 

i am new to this blog can you help me in suggesting how to resolve the error i got in the msi 

 

Error 1406.could not write the value i!SAW_ to key \COMPONENTS\ConicalData\Deployments\microsoftvc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.42_db5f52fb98cb24ad. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel
