If you are using Active Setup when transforming the PowerBroker MSI, when you reboot your machine and log in, it will reboot one more time.

If you remove the Active Setup registry settings, the issue goes. There are no HKCU settings in the Beyond Trust Power Broker v6.6.2 so Active Setup is not necessary. We just had it in a template that we use with vendor MSIs
