CCleaner can be removed remotely and silently over the network if you use the following command. I have already tested this out and it works for all versions of CCleaner.

C:\Program Files\CCleaner\uninst.exe /S

1. Make a remote uninstall task in Kaspersky Security Center and use this command. 

2. Also to make things easier you can go to device selections and select to show only the computers that have CCleaner installed so you can run the task just on these machines.
