Specific Job Description includes but is not limited to the following: Design, develop, program, install, implement, conduct research for, and maintain internal data processing computer systems and utilities, and/or for customers on a contract basis. Analyze internal or external customers' needs, and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems by means of automated systems; develop customized solutions to customer/user problems. Establishes system parameters and formats. Ensures hardware/software compatibility. Use Configuration Tools like WISE and TIVOLI for software distribution.
