Next build a out a formatted floppy disk (yes a floppy disk) don't worry we will move that to a USB drive for more storage.

Next download SP27608-2.1.8.exe search google for this since its a HP tool.

Run the program and add the files needed to instructions for SP27608-2.1.8.exe.

After that add your files to the usb drive then use the boot menu. BAM!

Now you have some tools in the command prompt.
