Hi,

This was a bit  tricky at first because the support guys had no idea and there solution did not work ,any way this solution works fine 

copy the files to your work station and then download the latest update in this case it was sp2 of photoshop pro x5

open a dos prompt and drag the exe  followed be  IOFF=1 

setup.exe  IOFF=1 

after this do the same for the sp2 

after the installation is finished

go through the virtualisation process at the end when it says to  create package , select the option to continue to modify without saving the using package editor

then go to virtual services disabled protexis licensing v2 properties , then save

i hope this helps some (oh bye the way "IOFF=1 " i found that out from one of the members on this site) ,this also works for x4
