This DLL does only one thing: It sets the flag 'Run with different credentials' in a shortcut. This does not work with 'MSI advertised shortcuts'. It is only callable from a MSI package, since it needs CustomActionData as input. This Software is freeware under the GNU public license. New version: Bugfix and better error handling. More log messages.
