012.Conv.msi Compatibility Pack for 2007 Office System
My email is not sending or receiving new messages and when I ran diagnostics in Outlook I got a message about installing this pack from a CD-ROM because "file not found". Can I download it from somewhere or am I supposed to purchase a CD-ROM from Microsoft?I would very much appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue.

I am going to guess that MS Word is set as Outlook's editor which is why you are having this problem. The compatibility pack can be found here.

The compatability pack is installed on you machine obviously originally from a cd-rom so without the original install media you'll struggle!
