Software Deployment

Hallo,
I have three questions/problems with the package netscape 7.1.

First:
I habe the same problem like this thread:

I tried using the instructions on the netscape 7.x package instructions and I get an error "Uncompressing XCOM failed:1"

Netscape's installer didn't like being run from an UNC share. It almost looked like their (probably javascript based) code was dropping one of the \\ 's at the beginning.

I copied the ns_temp folder locally and it ran fine. Then I created a wrapper to copy the ns_temp folder to the local drive, install, and then clean up.

But I don't know what I must do. What is a wrapper?
I have no problem when I start the setup.exe via commandline from the network drive.
But when I start des setup.exe via Empirum, I get the uncompressing error!!!.

Second:
Do you know how can I uninstall netscape 7.1 silent?

Third:
Where can I chance the start url from netscape. I can't find it the file config.ini.
