An App-V Version Dependency Question
A main application is dependent on lower version dependency, when higher version of the dependency is already present on users machine. The main application needs to access lower version depedency database only, can this be taken care in WIN7 packaging & How?
If both the main application and the dependent applications are done as APP-V, I know we can take care through DSC. But if one is MSI and other is APP-V or if both are MSI is there any method to take care of it in packaging?

Can you tell us what is the dependency your application requires..
If your main app is virtual(sequenced) then you can install either one of the dependency using DSC and one on the physical machine.make sure to have the LocalInteraction set as true in the main application osd file.
