A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file
Hi All,
Strange one here, I'm deploying a vendor MSI with an MST to customise to our environment. When I view the logfile on machines that are installing fine the log file says: Package name generated from package path: DOTNETMSI047_0607.msi. Which is the correct file name. On the logfile on the failing machines it says: Package name retrieved from configuration data: 'DotNetMSI.msi'
This is the incorrect name for the MSI and it fails with a 1316. The machines are both using the same version of windows installer. The title of the application in the summary information stream is DotNetMSI, so, I'm assuming this is where it's generating the name from?
So, my question is, does anyone know why the name is being generated differently? and how I could go about possibly fixing this issue?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Andrew
