Adding Office 2007 components
Hi,
My organization is on Office 2003 and I packaged and deployed Outlook 2007 a few months ago. They now want to upgrade Office to the 2007 version and I am having problems packaging.
I've tried to include the new Office components (Word, Excel, etc.) to my Outlook transform and it didn't work. I have tried to create a different msp that doesn't include Outlook and although it specifically says not to uninstall Outlook, it still does.
What would be the best way to do this?
Should I uninstall Office 2003 and Outlook 2007 and then reinstall the whole Office 2007 suite including office? I'm afraid it would take a long time to distribute and I wonder if the users might loose customizations if I uninstall Outlook.
