Admin Studio Creating Msi Wrapper to install several msi's and Msp's

I will be deploying ArcGis 9.3 to about 40 computers. I need to create a wrapper that can install one msi, then apply two msp's, and then 4 more msi's. Can this be done in Admin Studio? I am very new to admin studio (9.0) and am looking for some sort of documentation or help that can direct me in how to do this. It would also be nice to include a .cmd file that would uninstall 9.2 as well. We have that written and tested but have no idea of how that could be included in this entire project.

You have to create a Transform to customize the application as per your requirement.
then probably there should be a way to create a wrapper in Admin Studio using InstallScript. < I work on Wise Package Studio so I use WiseScript.>
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
