Adobe Acrobat Stnd. 6.0 Customize

I have an MST built with Adobe's Tuner and have everything set the way the company likes. However, I would like to add additional safeguards to package to keep those pesky users from defeating company policy and my hard work. I would like to remove or disable further the Updates feature in Preferences. Also, in Preferences>Internet under "Web Browser Options" I would like to remove or disable the "Display PDF in browser" piece. Does anybody have any information on this. I have seen this done in a posting or something similar in Appdeploy but I am unable to locate it, should have printed it. Your help is appreciated.
