Adobe Digital Edition
I installed Adobe digital edition but on the first launch, an activation screen pops up. We want to automate the option "Don't Authorize". I am trying to supress "setup assistant" so that users can manually go to the link and authorize computers. Please advice.

Take a look at what registry keys are set when you select "Don't Authorize". Export those keys. Then as part of your install script, import the keys.

reg keys are generated at (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept\Activation). it works when I import on the same machine. But if package is deployed to other machines, the issue remains there. Thanks - mishra 12 years ago

If the keys are kept at the user level, use something like active setup to distribute them. - dchristian 12 years ago
