Adobe Professional deletes c:\temp

I have a strange problem.
about 1 jear ago i have deployed adobe acrobat prof 6.0 on our workstations through GPO. (Everything is installed and working) Now i want to uninstall adobe prof 6.0 and install adobe prof 7.0. What catched my eye....when uninstalling adobe prof 6.0 deletes the c:\temp dir. Adobe prof 7.0 is getting installed and works like a charm.
So everything works but i have lost my c:\temp.
Don´t get why adobe does that but anyway.....anyone else had this problem
update: This only happens when c:\temp is empty when adobe acrobat 6 is removed and adobe acrobat 7 is installed.
