App-V Client on Windows Server 2012

Could you please tell me if Microsoft support running the APP-V Client on a Windows Server 2012 image bundled as Windows 8 in a VDI solution?

To clarify, you mean having a 2012 server, VDI, so it looks like a Win8 desktop??? you will need the RDS installs.
as long as you're licensed yes. all good
