Apply Secdit(Security permission rights) on folders present on network location via MSI

Is it possible to apply security permission to folders on network location say G:\mylogs via secedit or anyother tool through MSI.

I assume, that you want to run this MSI within SYSTEM context. As the SYSTEM account doesn't has full network access it
won't be simple to achive your goal.
Why don't you go the easy way and use Group Policies to set the permissions?

Applying permissions to network shares is the job of your system administrator. It is extremely unlikely that your users would have permissions to change them, anyway. If they do, be afraid...VERY afraid.
