i am new in the field of repackaging, can anyone guide me how to create AppV from Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium. it has one setup file with 2 strapper.msis

Take a look at Aaron Parker's blog on sequencing CS3 applications and maybe check out the Technet App-V Sequencing Recipe forum too.
From your question, it may be useful to check out the Microsoft App-V Sequencing Guide as well.

You should also be aware that there is a dedicated forum for app virtualisation and another for OS virtualisation.
