AutoCAD 2005

I have made a network distributionpoint with the network installation wizard that came with the cd.
The installation works fine, the problem starts when starting the application.
A lot of times (especially when the workstation is busy) when I start autocad there appear about 68!!!!!! internet explorer windows which I am only able to close after the close of the open autocad program.
The strange part is that when I install autocad with the cd, I never have the problem.

Try recreating your network deployment package, but do not check the "require internet explorer 6" check both during the network installation wizard. That should solve it. Also, make sure IE 6 is already installed as with .NET 1.1

I have created the network deployment package numerous times.
I always did not check the require internet explorer 6 as I know that IE6 SP1 is automatically installed at every workstation. I do not however install .NET1.1 in advance.
The network deployment package installs .NET1.1 by itself if it is not already installed.
