Avoid 'Now Installing' screen while doing a silent install of Firefox
Using a Manage Install with the file Firefox Setup 62.0.3.exe with command -ms
Any ideas?

Offline Silent Command line install works for me:
- Downloaded "firefox setup 62.03.exe" from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/?q=English%20(British)
- Ran elevated command line install "firefox setup 62.03.exe" -ms
- Installs silently, without "Now installing Firefox" prompts.

by "elevated command line install" you mean I should chose the option "Override default installation" in installation options and type ' "firefox setup 62.03.exe" -ms ' in the full command line field? I apologize, I am new to this. - marcoeangeli 6 years ago

that means he tested in Command Prompt, not in KACE - Channeler 6 years ago

So is there a way to avoid the "Now loading" screen in KACE at all or no? - marcoeangeli 6 years ago

More correctly, in a command prompt which was opened with administrator-level privileges. - anonymous_9363 6 years ago

I use SCCM for deployments, not KACE. As indicated silent install runs from the command prompt, so must be a specific KACE setting.

I just tested a managed install with -ms parameters , 100% silent, all good.
Review your permissions settings, maybe reupoad the EXE file.
KACE version 9.
Win7 and Win10, managed install worked 100% silent. - Channeler 6 years ago
