You don't.
If Dell have released a BIOS update then it will be on their website or provided through support, it may be provided in a format that can be run from within Windows for easier deployment.
Unless I've got the wrong end of the stick here, I think you're asking for something that is something that only the vendor will supply.

For the Dell machines there is a utility called Dell Client Configuration Utility (By Alteris) which can be used to create the changes in the BIOS and make an executable out of it. That executable can be run from ghost. Using this utility any setting inside the BIOS can be changed.
